Every mama wants a peaceful beginning with her baby and I want that for you, too. But I also understand that sometimes the "best" products for a natural, chemical-free start to life can be quite expensive. In order to stay home with my babies and get out of debt, my family lives on a super-tight budget. Even so, it's important to me that the products I use on my kids are comfortable, long-lasting and non-toxic. That's why I opened this store - to help you get the products you need for you and your family at an affordable price.
Diapers - There are lots of great diapers out there that sell for $25+ a piece, but they just aren't feasible for the many families who began cloth diapering for the same reason we did - to SAVE money. I don't carry any diapers that are more than $20 and I'm working on some diaper packages that will save you even more.
Shalom Baby - I've chosen Earth Mama Angel Baby and Punkin Butt baby care products. They're non-toxic and smell great and they last a while.
Shalom Mama - Again, I've chosen Earth Mama Angel Baby for mama products. They have some great items to offer for pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I'm also working on my very own Soothing Bath Tea that I think you'll love - it's especially for mamas (like me) with sensitive skin.
Carriers - Right now we offer Sleepy Wrap wraps and they're brand-new BOBA Organic carrier. The Sleepy Wrap is the best wrap I've tried and I use it on my babies and love giving it to friends. Nevertheless, I'm on the hunt for more comfortable, affordable carriers to keep your baby close to you.
Herbs and teas - I love herbal remedies and a hot cup of tea. Juniper Butte Herb & Tea Co. has a great selection of both. Essential oils, tinctures and capsules are coming soon.
I love local products and want to promote them whenever I can! I get really excited when I find a great product that's made in Oregon (like Punkin Butt Bottom Balm or Earth Mama Angel Baby). It's especially great when I stumble upon something made right here in central Oregon (like Juniper Butte Herb & Tea). I'm always on the lookout for local, natural products that make it easier to be a "crunchy" mama on a budget. Do you make your own product or know someone who does? If so, please let me know!
